Pumpkin Gingerbread cookies Update

Okay, these were GREAT!!!! I left my camera at home so you'll have to use your imagination on how they turned out looking. The only thing I'd do next time would be to add 1T of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, something, they needed more spice. They tasted a lot like a pumpkin roll.

1 box gingerbread cake mix, made according to cut out cookies recipe
1/2 small can pumpkin
3/4 c flour
1 T spice of some kind. (pumpkin pie, cinnamon, clove, something!!!)

Mix until stiff dough forms, turn out on loosely floured board and roll 1/4 inch thick, cut into shape of choice with cookie cutter, I did pumpkin, bake at 375 for 6 minutes, let cool and frost with whipped cream cheese frosting (Betty Crocker Can). If you try them, let me know what you think!
