Pumpkin Gingerbread Cookies.

I thought this sounded like SUCH a good fall cookie. I am going to try it tonight or tomorrow night. We'll see, but so far what I think I'm going to do is take a gingerbread cake mix and add 1/2 to a full (small) can of pumpkin and just adding flour until it comes back into a "roll out" cookie dough. Then I'll roll 'em out and cut them into pumpkin shapes and frost with cream cheese frosting... We'll see and I'll update as soon as I know results!!! Let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions... I'm all ears!
